Birth Doula

Basic Package - $1500

Includes:

  • 2 Prenatal Visits: (in person or virtual) to discuss your hopes for birth, go over what to expect, and help creating a birth plan. More prenatal visits can be added if needed.

  • Communication: phone, text or email support during the pregnancy.

  • On Call for Labor: I will be on call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks

  • Labor support: comfort measures through physical touch/massage, emotional support, informational support, and help facilitating your communication with medical staff. I will stay for 2 hours after the birth to help you get settled.

  • 1 Week Postpartum Visit: discuss how you and your newborn are doing, debrief the birth, answer any newborn care questions you have etc.

  • Partner support: guidance for your partner to gain confidence in the birthing space and teaching them comfort measures so they can do their best to support you during birth as well.
